iPhone "Today" view, Mail (Notifications) and LockInfo8?

I'm having an issue with my Today view in Notifications center where my "Mail (Notifications)" keep getting moved to the bottom of the list in my Today Settings. Not other item gets moved like that. I'm using LockInfo8.

Has anyone else noticed this?
