In Yosemite Beta 2, there used to be a widget pinned to the top of Notification Center's "Today" view. It should display (in narrative fashion) the date, the high and low temperatures, and next calendar appointment. For example, "[Date], sunny currently, the high is ___ with a low of ___. Your first appointment is with ___ at ___."

Now the only information I see in this widget is the date. There is no weather or calendar information displayed at all. Is anyone else having this issue?

Incidentally, I'm also having trouble adding cities to the Weather widget outside of China, where I am currently. For example trying to add "Atlanta" or "Las Vegas" would pull suggestions from a bunch of Chinese cities, but no U.S. ones, with no ability to add via zip code. Anyone else who is abroad having the same problem(s)? Thanks.

Try restarting Notification Center. Either by typing "killall NotificationCenter" or by Force Quitting with Activity Monitor. That usually does the trick for me
