With IOS 14 there is no longer edit button for the 3rd party widgets at the bottom of the Today View screen therefore I’m unable remove, edit or add the widgets had in IOS 13 in the Today View screen. I even tried uninstalling a couple apps and as you can see by the attached screenshot it doesn’t remove them from the Today View screen and just says “unable to load”. Any idea of what I’m doing wrong or is this a bug?

Touch the screen for a second or so and the widgets enter “jiggle” mode, the edit button should then be at the bottom.
