Hoping someone on the forums has experience with this.

After trying out, purchasing, wasting $, etc on other GTD apps, I've found that ToDo by Appigo was the best. I had tried to save some $ by purchasing cheaper apps..in the end, I ended up with ToDo and wasted the $ on the other apps. Oh well.

I did also like Toodledo and I like the sync between the web app & ToDo iPhone app. But it's not properly placing my subtasks. My question is...if I upgrade ToodledoPro, will the subtasks sync properly? I don't really like the way it syncs w/ my iCal but Toodledo works fine but I'd really love subtasks to sync the lists the same way they are on the iPhone app.

Thanks!

I have a pro toodledo subscription though I no longer use it or Todo. But I just redownloaded the app and tried it out and it seems to work. I'm not sure a pro subscription is required for this though, just make sure that under account settings, "fields/functions used" you have "subtasks" selected. Once you've done this, you should see a tree icon to the left of any tasks that also contain subtasks, which you can then click to display the subtasks. Check the toodledo help section for more info on subtasks and how they can be viewed.

I use ToDo/Toodledo pro and the sub tasks sync flawlessly back and forth. The only caveat I see is that Toodledo will not allow or keep the sub tasks in the order you won't them (it also default shows the subs as tasks until you click on the sub task tree icon). However ToDo keeps them arranged even after adding/deleting and syncing from Toodledo.

Thanks for the info! Very helpful indeed. I think I'm going for the Pro account soon.
