Tom Tom - How do I adjust to this view?

You can't adjust to that view permanently. It only pops up at some intersections. From the app's Advanced Settings page:

Lane Images (ON/OFF)

Advanced Lane Guidance helps you prepare for complex intersections by showing you which lane you should be in.

You can only set it OFF to prevent it appearing at all. I find it useful, but on really complex interchanges it sometimes gets in the way by not disappearing fast enough.

In case you didn't know already, you can tap the screen to make it disappear.
