Tomtom live traffic subscription: how much data does it use?

I currently use the Tomtom navigation app and due to my new job with a long commute I've been thinking about buying the app. Can someone help me see how much the traffic data use? The thing is I have the 200mb data package so I cant stream data a lot.

Also, can someone tell me if the 3 min Traffic update settings be changed to a longer interval, to lessen data usage or is the 3 min nonchangeable.
