TomTom (UK) Questions

I'm quite keen to buy this app, but have a few questions I can't find the answer to. If anyone can supply this information I would be very grateful.

1) Can this be installed on up to 5 iPhones (just like other apps can)?
2) How does the app handle map/speed camera updates? Are they free or paid? Can these be transferred to other iPhones in the family?
3) How does TomTom handle roundabouts? Is there a graphical/text prompt of which exit to take, or does it just have a generic roundabout icon?

Not with TomTom... Yes with Navigon.

2, updates through iTunes/app store.
3,yes there is it's very clear
