The first thing to do is check ResellerRatings. They don't have much of a track record there, and what they do have is terrible.

Thanks cowboy! It sounds like they resell academic versions for a higher price claiming its a full version and then they say you can use it commercially under the "first sale doctrine." Quite a load of crap.
