Took out Winterboard. Is there another way to change my icons and dock?

Yes, manually via SSH.

Personally, I'd use Winterboard to apply the themes tho, best way to do so.

That way isn't the safest just use winterboard in moderation.

It's perfectly safe actually.

There are some caveats, change your passwords for root and mobile and be careful on what files get replaced, but up original files before replacing anything.

I took out Winterboard because it slows my phone down. I was hoping someone had the file paths that contain the icons and dock so I can replace those with custom ones.

Winterboard doesn't slow iPhone's down tho, certain themes and other services will.
