MP 7,1 top right side thunderbolt not working

Hi,

Anyone here has issue with the top right side thunderbolt port is not working, the left one does work.

I have Radeon VII, 580x MPX and a pcie 4x nvme card.

I had the same problem and didn't find the "many results" mentioned by @IndioX.
In my case, installing the 10.15.4 supplemental update solved the problem.
