Top-Tens allows users to track and monitor different types of Top 10 lists which are constantly updated, including Movies, Books, Music, Online Deals, Computer Viruses, Product Recalls, and many more.

A FREE version, Top-Tens LITE (http://www.itunes.com/apps/top-tensLITE) is now available.

Top-Tens LITE has the same feature set as the full version of Top-Tens - the only difference being that Top-Tens LITE only shows the Top 3 entries in each list instead of the Top 10.

To celebrate the launch of Top-Tens LITE, we are reducing the price of Top-Tens from $2.99 to $1.99 until the end of May.

Have fun!

Top-Tens now tracks top 10 iPhone 3 rumors

Hey all,

Just thought I'd post to say that my app (Top-Tens) now tracks the top 10 rumors surrounding the third generation iPhone which is due to be released in the coming weeks.

The imminent release of the third generation iPhone has caused large amounts of speculation about the new hardware and software features and capabilities in the new handheld - making it difficult to get a clear picture of what to expect.

Top-Tens now keeps a constantly updated, consolidated list of the top 10 rumors - including their probability - and links to the various sources providing the information.

Any Top-Tens users who are anxious to find out what the next iPhone will be like can now easily keep tabs on the top 10 rumors as well as the other top 10s which can be tracked with the app such as the top 10 books and movies, the top 10 computer viruses, top 10 email spam and phishing scams, top 10 online deals and coupons, product recalls, websites or more.*

Cheers!

Isn't this something anyone can google for without paying for an app or using the free version which appears crippled?

Hey Jessica,

This isn't the only top 10 list that the app can track. There are around 60 different categories at the moment and that number is climbing every day. This is simply an addition of an additional category that existing users can track.

It means that users have a quick and easy way of seeing what the top 10 things are in any given category at any time *without* having to google, browse and jump from site to site.

Obviously we all like doing this from time to time, but the whole idea behind Top-Tens is that all of this info is in one place that's easy to get to and view at a moment's notice.

Think of the way you use the Weather app on the iPhone - you slide to unlock, open the weather app, check the weather in your region and maybe a couple of others, and you're done. Same with the Stocks app.

This was the usage model I had in mind when creating Top-Tens. Open the app, quickly check your top 10s, and you're done.

Hope this helps!
