Clearly I'm asking this question because I don't fully understand how Tor does or doesn't work, so bear with me. :)

When I use Brave browser, it has a "private window with Tor" mode in which it'll connect you to websites through the Tor network. What I want to know is when I do that, can my ISP still see what sites I am navigating to? I understand that they will be able to see that I'm using Tor, but it isn't clear to me if they know what website I would have navigated to. Can anyone clarify?

Thank you for the links! It looks to me I should use Tor Browser instead. A long time ago, I shied away from it because it was so slow. I'll explore again that browser though.

Logging of visited sites is always enabled. This means that your provider can see your every move on the Internet. You can get full access through special software. You can get full access to the device in 5 seconds

If you want more privacy, go with a VPN.
I'd suggest Mullvad VPN.
Seems pretty fast to me...
