Torch Not As Bright?

Has anyone noticed that the torch seems to be less bright than on iOS9? (yes, set to max brightness)

Don't have a second phone the same as mine but can anyone out there to a test?

By "torch" do you mean the LED Flashlight feature? If so it now has 3 settings and you use 3D/Force Touch to select. If you have it set to Bright Light it will be the same as in iOS9.

Torch is another word for flashlight. I haven't noticed or heard about any difference.
