Toshiba SSD for Mini

Anyone seen one of these for sale as a 2.5" SATA2 for the Mini in either 256GB or even 512GB in HG3 series or faster if any are out?

I've looked for them in all my usual online places, but Toshiba's are seldom even mentioned.

I think Toshiba sells mainly OEM so they are extremely hard to find. I found one 256GB from eBay for 999$. Intel is releasing some new SSDs later on this year with a possibility of 600GB model
