total iPod touch sales and iPhone sales

Anyone have a link to the numbers for the total number of iPod touch sales and iPhones sales since the first version?

I need these numbers for a school project and after googling I can't find them.

Apple do not generally split down iPod model numbers but if there are approx 50 million Mobile OS X sales as at at end Q2 2009 you can work it out.

That said, this doesn't mean that there are currently 50 million in use - a lot of those legacy units are going to be lying in sock drawers throughout the world.
