Hi everyone,

I bought a Mac Pro 4.1, flashed it 5.1.
I added a PCI Express LyCOM DT-120 with a Sabrent SSD NVME.

Now i'm using OCLP to have boot screen, everything's fine but when i want to install Big Sur with OCLP, the install process will start normally.
Then arrived at 12 mins remaining, it suddendly reboot (maybe normal) , then i can't pick my NVME ssd to boot. Only Sata are displayed.
However, if i boot on sata MOJAVE, i can see my SSD NVME show on desktop.
Does anyone has a fix ? i'm kinda desperate i can't find anything

PS : i'm Using MartinLO package

Thank for your reply.
Here's my system report :

I used MartinLo Package for OC, so the bootrom is spoofed.

Problem is i don't have old GPU, only my RX560 :/
Yes formatted in GUID , here's a screenshot of what i can see in Mac OS (on SATA)

Here's my SSD NVME.

FIXED : I just rebuild Opencore Legacy Patcher, enabling NVME in options. I didn't use MartinLO package.
Now i have Monterey but no bluetooth and no 144hz support xD

I am 144 firmware.
Check MartinLo package and you will understand the difference

MartinLo Package is working on most NVMes, so your nvme Type seems to need extra support.

But you dont even give the exact model of it.
