This is an issue I noticed on 13.0.1 and also on 13.1. The emoji function on the touch bar on my M1 MacBook Pro stops working and requires a restart to start working again.
It will only work a few times before failing and not letting me click on it anymore.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a workaround?
