Touch bar in Bootcamp

I'm really curious to so how this does or doesn't work in bootcamp. I wonder if Apple will be delivery a driver that will bring similar functionality on the windows 10 side.

They already said it will simply display the function keys. I don't think there will ever be additional support, as I doubt that Apple will open up the API for it. It's not known for being an open type, "use the stuff you bought from us for a lot of cash in whichever way you see fit" kind of company.

Unless someone reverse engineers the protocol and writes a driver for it, which is probably unlikely, since it looks rather complicated, and there's TouchID functionality, so Apple probably took steps to prevent it.
