I just got my airpod pros, and found some strange things. When I tried to do the fit test, it kept saying that I had to insert both pods to my ears, although they were in. When I switched off the autodetection button in the contols of my ipad it did work. So that seems to be resolved now. However, the touch control on the base doesn't do anything. If I press it either shortly, or hold it, simply nothing happens, not skipping to next song, not switching between noise canceling modes. Anybody who has the same issue ?

I've had this happen a few times with my APP. Try unpairing and re-pairing your Airpods and see if that solves the problem. I think I've even had success with just placing them back in the case and taking them out.
