Touch ID ios 9 issue

Does anyone have issues with slower touch ID since ios 9 came out? ios 9 has been pretty good for me, however I have noticed Touch ID fails more often and is almost always much slower than usual.

I do. So much lag, takes like 10 second to unlock, I remember how when the iPhone 5S came out, there were saying how fast it was. Putting in the passcode is faster
