There used to be a way to make it so downloading free apps only prompted for Touch ID once, and then for a set period of time (10, 15 minutes etc.) Touch ID wasn't required. The settings for this were under App Store & iTunes > Password Settings. Now I can't find that...

Anyone else?

Looks like if you have TouchID enabled for iTunes and App store the Password Settings option does not show, disable TouchID for iTunes and App store and it's there.

Could not find a way around this.

I got a popup asking me if I wanted to disable touchID for free apps and I said yes.
