iPhone Touch screen freezing

Some tweak is freezing the touch screen in my iPhone 5. It'll freeze for a minute or so and sometimes I have to play with the power/home button to get it to unfreeze. What's the best way to approach this situation? Other than deleting each tweak and trying to see if that takes care of the problem.

Do you have iCleaner pro install? If you do, all you need to do is hit the plus button at the bottom and then click on MobileSubstrate Addons; there you can turn off your tweaks 1 by 1 instead of uninstalling.
