Touch screen iMac?

I love my iPad but it's made me think how great it would be to have a touch screen iMac. I know there is a Windows touch screen but a Mac would be awesome. Anybody else interested is seeing this?

A buddy of mine brought his iPad to work today. He's had it 2 days and already the screen was very, very smudgy. I personally wouldn't want any of that on my iMac screen. I also keep my 24" iMac recessed a couple of feet on my desk so it's usually 3 feet from me.

I think it'd be a nice option and extension to OSX, but I wouldn't use it.

I think it will happen in the future.. "MacBook Pro Touch" or "MacBook Touch Pro" I also think touch screens will infiltrate our TV's as well.. When the price of materials and production goes down touch screens/3d screens, pressure sensitive, force-feedback etc will be everywhere.....
