Hey Guys,

I was looking into buying Photoshop for Uni and as I got my new MacBook Pro TB yesterday I'm really looking forward to the touchbar support. However, I still haven't decided whether I want to get the standalone Photoshop Elements 15 or the yearly subscription to the photographer's adobe cc package. (I'm also using Lightroom alongside ps). Does anyone know whether the touchbar support will come to both versions or only the cc one?

Thanks for your help!

I haven't seen any announcements of Touch Bar support in PS Elements. I suspect that eventually, support will come to most or all of their apps, but it could take a long time. Adobe is hard to predict.

If you can spend a bit more than the photography parts of the CC package, consider the entire CC suite. Students in the US pay $15.99/mo for all of the CC versus $9.99 for just Photoshop and Lightroom.
