touchpad in windows

i was wondering if there was a plugin that i could download that helped the touchpad scroll better in windows. it seems really it is only buggy when using IE or FF, but in wordpad it's better. it just seems like windows doesn't like the 2 finger scrolling really well, and since using OSX i have become accustomed to using the touchpad for scrolling.

What exactly do you mean by "buggy"? Just curious, I don't know of such a program, but maybe you can solve your problem in another way.

it's not every smooth scrolling down at all. sometimes it doesn't even scroll, and then it will jump to the end.
