Hi! The last few days my touchpad has been acting up. It's a bit sensitive, and when i press to click it will "keep clicking", acting like a double click. I'm sure it's a problem with the hardware.

Now it's gotten even more sensitive, to the point where i can't press down without it going a bit crazy and moving about clicking everything.

I can't afford a repair right now, so if you guys have any ideas on how to fix it I would appreciate it!

This can be a sign of a swollen battery. The MPB’s battery is located under the trackpad. If it swells up due to failure it presses on the trackpad assembly from underneath causing all kinds of mayhem. The good news is this is almost certainly still under warranty. Batteries are usually under a more generous warranty than the rest of the computer.
