Hi, everyone.
My iPhone 5s touchscreen recently stopped working. Nothing happened: I was using it and suddenly it wasn't working anymore. Sometimes the touchscreen works, but only for a few minutes. Also, there is a line of white squares on the lower part of the screen.
Things I've done to fix it:
- Hard reset
- Factory reset
- Deletting all the apps
I'd really appreciate if someone could help me.

Sounds like you might want to take it to Apple or some other repair shop to have it checked out and probably have the screen replaced.

Possibly, it's a hardware issue, reset won't be of any help. Did you drop your iphone? The white squares were caused by either bad/loose connection between flex ribbon connecor and logic board or damaged IC. In the first situation, correctly reconnecting the connectors would fix. However, in the latter case, you'll have to get a screen replacement. It costs $129 to get it replaced in Apple center, send it to a repair shop or repaired by yourself would be cheaper. Here are the part and tutorial link for your reference before getting a replacement.
