Touchscreen Issues

Hola, i guess i dont think this is a big deal because it only happened once but this morning i tried to send a text message and all the icons would not work. I tried touching every icon but none of them opened up. So i just turned off and turned on my phone again and now they work. Was that just a burp, or is it something i should be worried about?
