Hi,

I have a problem on my iPhone 11 PRO MAX under iOS 13.3.1.
Since this afternoon I can't use my phone, the touch screen is blocked. After a restart, when I call it, I realize that the incoming number is no longer saved.
Also, I note that a white LED flashes 5 times when the device starts (the LED is located next to the front camera - see photo)
I would like to be able to connect the iPhone to my computer to make a backup (so as not to lose my photos) but since the touchscreen does not work, I do not have the possibility of unlocking the phone in order to allow iTunes to use.

I would like to understand what this LED which flashes 5 times corresponds to? If I ever do a DFU, will I risk losing my data and will it work on touchscreen afterwards?

I specify that the phone is well protected

Thanks for your help.Touch problem iPhone 11 PRO MAX

I don't think you have much choice at this point. Full DFU restore using iTunes is your only option. If you haven't been making frequent backups you'll only be able to retrieve whatever photos and data that is on that backup... The flashing your seeing is probably the flood illuminator from Faceid trying to map your face to unlock the phone
