We have a tower of Mac minis and lacie drives inbetween them and need something for extra cooling. Ideally I would love something similar to this set up

I searcehd on the web and can't find anything that would fit well into this tower. Any suggestions? SOS!

I don't believe there are any products out or even planned for cooling a Mini. If you like building things there are plenty of instructions on the net for wiring fans to run on USB power.

You could make your own case (perhaps out of wood), and wire up some 40mm fans for straight through cooling, or 80mm (or larger) fans for blowing air at the bottom of each item in your stack.

Probably cheaper just to buy a $10 box fan, although certainly not as elegant as a custom built solution.

Maybe someone makes a rack mount for batches of Minis.
