Do any of you use TP Link networking gear?

I am looking at the Deco m5 mesh network

Are concerns that this is a Chinese company warranted? Do you feel your privacy is exposed?

I have a TP Link Archer that is/was a fine unit. Does their mesh system require cloud connections to operate? If so, I might back away.

Yes, the mesh networks require an email and all management is via the web/cloud
