On our Tiger 10.4.11 box(XServe G5) we now have a memory leak somewhere in the server, but have been unable to trace it. It has 5 gigs of memory and will run for about 10 days or so but then run out of memory. We cannot see anything wrong. We mostly run 3rd party stuff on there, the only thing that we run is a bash cron job and a java process that launches then closes 1 time a minute.

What tools are there to detect leaks at the OS level? Any clues as to what could be causing this?
