I don't actively use iCloud (but of course have an iCloud account account ).
iOS 16.2 phone

Added Chipolo ONE Spot to Find My -> Items (not devices) and linked to my Apple ID

But "Items" don't appear on my Apple iCloud account online (only Devices do). Anyway to track my item from my Macbook via Apple iCloud on the webbrowser?

No, items (including Apple's own AirTags) are not trackable via iCloud.com.

What OS are you running? If you're using Monterey or Ventura, you can view them in the Find My app on the Mac.

Thanks! that answered my question re: iCloud.com

Re: Find My.app on the Mac - I don't use iCloud (not logged in / don't want it / may create work NDA issues) so it's unfortunately not an option.
