Universal Trackpad app for iPad to control an iPhone

I've seen a lot of apps to turn an iPhone into a trackpad for the iPad, but not the other way around. Is anyone aware of such an app?

I'd prefer to use the iPad as the trackpad so I can use Airplay with my iPhone 7+ in landscape and fill an entire 1080p screen. The other way around, the iPad's aspect ratio doesn't fill an enter monitor's screen.
