Hi!

I am using a Magic Trackpad with my iPad Pro and I find it very useful and fun to use. But I haven’t found how to dismiss or invoque the slideover apps. Is there a way to do so with trackpad gestures?

Thanks for your help. Stay safe!

Gus

Yes. Slide-over/split-view has a new way. With a trackpad you would swipe on the right corner to close or open.

Park the cursor against the right edge of the screen. The center portion is the best bet. Then push the cursor right as if you intended to push it outside of the screen. If you have any apps in Slideover, they'll come sliding out. Repeat the same gesture to hide Slideover apps.

An advanced version of this is that you smash the cursor against the right edge of the screen. I have not yet figured out how to do this consistently.
