I did clean install of El Capitan - it is awesome & super fast as I installed SSD.

Now I found some of gestures on track pad (not latest one) are different.
Example: I was able to select window and drag, I was able to select scroll bar and scroll horizontally and vertically. It looks like this is gone???

Please help if anyone knows how to select window and drag on El Capitan.

Thanks

For dragging. Apple, in its own insane way, put this option in Accessibility. You need to go to Accessibility>Trackpad.

Really, whoever responsible for this should be fired. I wasted an hour just to figure this out when the old way was much more intuitive. ( I guess it's the same one who put all Upper Cap keyboard option in iOS on Accessibily also)

Thank you!!! It worked.

I agree, this should have been under Track pad configuration like others and enabled by default.
