Hey guys. I just installed Vista on my MacBook Pro, and I can't get the tap to click and right click with 2 fingers to work (I also can't figure out how to right click using the keyboard like in Mac OS X).

Can someone please help me?

Did you install the bootcamp drivers? (Thought I would get that out of the way)

There is no tap click in BootCamp windows :(, so you are stuck regular clicking, however, if you place two fingers on the trackpad and click the button, that registers as a right click. You can 2 finger scroll with the bootcamp drivers as well. You ust can't freaking tap click. I really hope that gets fixed in Leopard.

Newest drivers: Leopard

Yes, I installed the boot camp drivers.

I tried the two finger click, and it didn't work.

This has been observed many on these boards, but Boot Camp is currently beta software. The release version of it will be available this week, as part of Leopard.

Among the main features that Apple has announced is that all hardware will be fully supported, including iSight camera and trackpad options. Another is there are now zero performance penalties when running Windows, easier installation, etc.

I use Windows on my Mac almost exclusively, and I find that thee new features are well-enough priced that I already have my copy of Leopard on order.

I understand that there are some features that OS X users will enjoy too. :D
