Trade a MB for an imac?

I know this sounds silly, but does anyone take their imac around with them?

I am getting a free replacement upgraded macbook from apple, and i'm debating selling it (as I am not at university anymore) and just having a new imac. trouble is I live in one place during the week and another at the weekends so I would want the computer with me at both places. Do people reckon its worth it for the core2 duo and better gfx card? (I mainly use photoshop, but games via bootcamp would be a nice idea.)

If you can wait a little, I'm pretty sure you'll se Core 2 Duo Macbooks.

Thats an idea, I might sell the Macbook they give me when I get it and then wait a bit to see what happens, i'm in no rush
