So I ordered the M1 Air base model and I’m doing a trade in. It says about 2 weeks for really anything to move. Is this typical or have you seen it go faster?

May be just using a worst case estimate, such as BTO or waiting for stock. When I did a trade-in for a base mini M1 (mid December) they also said two weeks, but shipped it a couple of days later.
My experience has been doing a trade in has no impact on the new order one way or the other.
So it says delivery expected between tomorrow and the 19th. What’s the reality of it being delivered tomorrow even though the Apple Store says it’s still processing?

I've never had anything show up unless it shows shipped and has a tracking number. So I doubt you will see anything before that happens.
Yeah I contacted apple. The delivery of 12-19 means that it won't ship until the 12th at least.
