I work for an APR, and I believe we use the same trade in procedure as the Apple store.

Ya, they will give you the lowest possible $ possible. I would sell them ur self. You will get at least $100 more per..
Depends what $100 of your time is worth.
Like Apple is giving $400 for iPhone 8 Plus. I guess u can sell it on eBay for around $550 than have eBay take 10-15% of it due to fees and shipping etc and PayPal.
So around $500.

I was trade in my X last week at Apple Store , mine condition around 85% only due to naked all the time !! Try to post on craiglist but they offer low baller and too much to handle so I went straight to Apple store!

Apple will take less money. But they are picky like Craigslist buyers who want 10/10 phone condition. Ur phone honestly can be 7/10 and be traded in.
