Hey all, I have a quick question to see what you all think about this.
But recently my brother with a 15' Powerbook 1ghz not sure which generation but it has a 9000 64mb ati mobility with a superdrive, said he doesn't mind switching for my iBook 933mhz...But is it worth it? The iBook has a 9200 mobility with 32mb.... Will there be a big performance gain/loss with the graphics?
Overall the Powerbook is slighty faster with its harddrive and processor...I'm not sure what to do.

Thanks for any insight and input.

The powerbook will feel more or less the same as the ibook, the video card has more vram but if I am not mistaken the 9200 is faster then the 9000

I'd say the powerbook would be slightly faster, however nothing really noticable. It depends what you are primarily using it for. If you are running an external display the powerbook would be better.
