Hey everybody,

I'm with T-Mobile and have had 6s (64gb) since the launch, 7,8, x really did not impress me, now I am thinking of upgrading to the xs or xr, not sure. I will keep this phone for as many years as I can.

Love my 6S, but it has been showing some age now and honestly that peer pressure with phones on me has been catching up :)

1. So, wondering whether the $200 deal to trade in with T-mobile is better option to just get rid of it and I won't make much more by selling it on eBay or other sites?

2. Should I just wait another few months and maybe get last years X, or XR if some promo comes up?

I love the X screen and primarily better battery and camera for travel pictures to make my life easier and won't have to carry camera with me.

Thank you for your help!

I just went from a X (sold it after 11 months) back to my 6S Plus. The improved picture, 4K 60 for video quality, OLED, and 256GB storage are worth the upgrade.

The $200 t-mobile trade in is pretty good considering craigslist is a hassle with lowballers. EBay and PayPal take about a %13 fee cut of your final sale. Market price for 6S Plus 64GB = $250-$300 for used.

Since you have a regular 6S pre-owned, the resale is closer to $200 or less.
