I'm hoping someone may be able to help with the traffic conditions functionality which isn't working for me.
I've had Frequent locations enabled since christmas & under frequent locations it knows where home & work are labelled as 'Home' & 'Work'. Both have over 20 visits to each location & i commute the same way every work day.

Under system services i have everything but 'location based iAds', 'Safari & spotlight suggestions' & improve maps enabled.

I have tried:
Opening apple maps, turning off traffic conditions and turning it back on
Creating an event in my calendar to drive to work at the time i will be leaving the house
Removing the widget and adding it back
In my address book i have me which has home & work address
Normal reboot
having wifi enabled & not enabled to see if this makes a difference

For some reason it still won't work for me & I'm wondering if there is something i have missed or if its buggy on my phone. Works perfectly fine for my friends 5s running the same iOS & same settings, its getting bit frustrating now! Any help will be greatly appreciated!

thanks

You may have to do a Network and/or Location reset in settings.

You said you have Improve Maps disabled in Location Services > System Services. I don't know if that has maybe anything to do with it, but perhaps worth a shot trying with it enabled for a few days or a week to see if anything changes/works.

Mine is on and I get the "It will take you X amount of time to get to Y place" in my Notification Center. (It's sometimes hard to miss because it just shows as extra lines of text below the weather info.)

Do traffic conditions show up whilst using Apple Maps? It might be that they aren't available in your current area.
Traffic data in a Mapping app is an approximation based on how many internet connected devices are found in that particular location. For this, enough people must be connected, and should have Share Location enabled. If your location is relatively remote, that could be an issue.. ;)

hehe, who actually uses apple maps?! ;-)

right now i can open apple maps, it knows i'm at 'home' and i can select work as my destination and it shows a few routes along with how many mins it will take to drive these different routes, is this what you mean?

Location services is on of course, but 'share my location' is not enabled as this is just for messages & find my friends. I've checked this setting against other people who's Traffic Condition Widget is working and they don't have it enabled either
