I updated to watchOS 11 on Saturday and on Sunday went back to July 1 with all my workouts and gave them all effort scores. After doing this Training Load on the phone went from pending to populating the charts and working as expected. My watch on Sunday said pending 19 days and now says pending 17 days (2 days later). It appears some of the health data has synced to the watch but not all of it.
I've rebooted both devices several times, put both on chargers next to each other, and did a Reset Sync Data on the watch, all with no luck. Any ideas on how to get the training load health data to fully sync to my AW 2?
