Transfer active call from iPhone to Mac

Hey guys, I have tried looking everywhere but can't seem to find an answer.

Using and iPhone 6 and rMBP 2014, i can get handoff working fine and making calls from my mac. I can also start a call on my mac and switch over to my iPhone just fine.

But does anyone know if it is possible to transfer a call from the iPhone to the Mac? Can't seem to find a way to do it and I don't know if I am just missing something.

I can also start a call on my mac and switch over to my iPhone just fine.

How do you start a call on your Mac and switch over to your iPhone? I don't see any button to transfer or anything.

you just grab your phone and hit return to call.

Thanks! I thought I had to actually click a button somewhere on the Mac to send it back to my iPhone. I get it now.
