Transfer Contacts From OS X to Windows 7?

Just upgraded my XP Partition to Windows 7 Home today and I am really impressed. I was wondering if there is an easy way to export my address book in OS X and import it into Windows 7? I found a contacts folder in Windows 7, but I'd hate to manually save all 250+ of the V cards from my OS X address book.

There are a few different ways to do it... google around, and/or check this out:

If you have an iPhone/iPod you can also sync it in OS X and then sync it to Windows and thereby use it to transfer contacts into Windows.

I didn't think about just syncing my iPhone in Windows! I'll give that a try. Thanks!
