Transfer Contacts

ive seen a few post on this but i dont really understand. i have a iphone 3g and imac. i want to get all my contacts on my computer so i can then transfer them to my 8820 blackberry. im just trying to find a simple solution instead of me having to add them 1 by 1. (last resort)

So if I am understanding you correctly, you need to get the contacts off your iPhone and into address book?

If this is the case then it is just a setting in iTunes. Just make sure you have the check box selected when syncing.

Edit: spoke to soon. i went to itunes under preferences, i dont see the option you are talking about.
