So I got a ipad pro 11", but it comes with a USBC port.
How do I transfer data from my Mac with only USB to it?
What converters do I need?

I have been using the lightning cable to do transfers to my iPhone.

Perhaps a lightning female to USBC male adaptor will do?

I'm worried if I just get any random adapters out there, the iPad might not be recognized on the Mac, cause Apple.

Anyone has tried transferring data from their Mac (USB) to iPad pro (USBC)?

Just get a USB C to USB C cable off amazon. Any reputed companies will do including Anker or amazon.

I think the OP may have an older Mac with a USB A port on it. The cable that comes with the new iPad Pros is a USB C to USB C cable.

Assuming your Mac has the old style regular USB A port all you need is a USB C to a USB A cable. You can either buy the official Apple one or a third party one by a reputable brand like Anker. Here is a link to the Anker cable on Amazon.
