With a non 3G ipad, is there a way to get a pages document from the ipad to my iphone; when no wifi is available? And don't want a jail broken device either.
Thanks

Email the file to urself that's it

So how does it get to the iPad in that scenario? Sure he gets it when he gets back on wifi but it's still not meeting the intent of the OP.

There has to be some jailbroken app that allows one to transfer files over Bluetooth, I'd look into that.

Of course if you just get MyWi then you can just email it...

EDIT - this is from 2009 so I don't know if this app is still even out there but you could try this...

If you could just "email it", that must mean there is WiFi access, and you would just transfer that way in the first place.

He brings up a good point. How to transfer files when there is absolutely no WiFi access. Many of us have a job in a workplace where you cannot easily access the WiFi without jumping through a million hoops, if even possible at all (due to strict security reasons).

jailbroken iphone with mywi. I know you said you didnt want to have a jailbroken device but atleast youd only have to jailbreak 1 as opposed to jailbreaking both to do the BT transfer. I dont see any other way of doing it.
