I have opted not to migrate my mac to the new mac but I have several smart folders and more than just .mac account in mail. What would be the best step(s) to migrate/transfer these settings to another Mac?

The settings includes many smart mail items as well as google and AOL. Ideally I would like not to have to set up those google and AOL accounts again but simply transfer/copy over.

Anyone?

Thanks in advance.

unfortunately, migration assistant.

otherwise, you'll have to add all the rules by hand after you setup the accounts.

Thanks for responding.
Just an FYI - I'll have to redo all as you mentioned but learned something as well -
It is possible to go to each item and export it. The catch is whether the import is going to work.
Also - when doing an export, it allows to do more than one at a time. Sadly, if you do too many it crashed the mail.app.
I have a 3rd party app on line for mail as well so I can still read and write mail but lost my smart configs until I am completely over on the new Mac. I haven't found a way to fix mail yet so that is today's adventure. I use TM but that of course, is of little use if the app is not working correctly.
